Silver Gray Aluminum Alloy Flat Mop

Homes over 120 m² need better tools. Normal mops take too many passes. You know that.

So we made this with an aluminum plate. 50 cm by 12 cm. One push covers twice the area of a normal mop. Our factory tests show you can clean a 120 m² home in just 5 minutes. Yes. 5 minutes.

We own a 4,000 m² factory.

The head base is 6063 aluminum alloy. 50 cm by 15 cm. Thickness is 3.5 mm. T5 heat treated. Yield strength is 180 MPa.

The surface is anodized and painted silver gray. Hardness is HV300. No welding. One solid piece. Won't bend. Promise.

The joint uses a strong universal joint. Turns 360°. We tested it for 100,000 turns. Still solid.

The cloth is 350 grams of microfiber. Sticks to the plate with velcro.

The head is 50 cm by 12 cm. One push covers 0.27 m². Twice the area of a normal mop. Clean a 120 m² home in 5 minutes. 100% faster. Fewer pushes mean 50% less arm strain.

The aluminum base is 3.5 mm thick. Holds up to 20 kg of pressure. Push hard on tough spots. No bending.

The handle stretches from 95 to 130 cm. Works for people 150 to 185 cm tall. At full length, your waist bends less than 15 degrees. Saves your back.

The aluminum plate is very flat. Flatness error is less than 0.5 mm. Cloth touches the floor evenly.

The head turns 180°. Only 3.5 cm thin. Slides under sofas with 5 cm of space.
