Old cloths don't pick up well. They get flat. They stop absorbing. So we made this replacement cloth.
High density chenille. 40 grams. Size is 42 cm by 14 cm. Our factory tests show it soaks up 700% of its weight in water. That is 2.8 times more than cotton cloths. Fits most flat mops.

We own a 4,000 m² factory.
The cloth is high density chenille. 40 grams. Each yarn has over 1,800 tiny fibers twisted together. Very fluffy.
Fiber mix is 80% polyester and 20% nylon. Polyester for wear. Nylon for softness.
The edges have tassels. 2.5 cm long. 8 to 10 tassels per cm.
The back has velcro fuzz. Sticks to flat mop heads with velcro hooks. Easy on. Easy off.
Water absorption is 700%. After 50 washes, fluffiness stays above 85%. OEKO-TEX certified. Safe.
Tassels Reach Into Gaps. Really.
Each yarn has over 1,800 fibers. Lots of surface area. 0.75 m² per gram. 3.5 times more than normal fibers.
Dry mopping creates static. Picks up 96% of dust and hair. Wet mopping soaks up 700% of its weight in water. No wet marks.
The tassels on the edges are 2.5 cm long. Soft and thin. Reach into corners and furniture gaps. Picks up 92% of dust in gaps smaller than 1.5 cm.
The fibers are twisted tight. Do not fall apart. After 50 washes, still picks up well. No need to buy new cloths often. Saves money.
Works dry or wet. Safe for tiles, wood, stone, and heated floors. Soft fibers won't scratch.
500 pieces minimum. 10 to 15 days lead time.
