Iron Rod Coral Fleece Flat Mop

Some customers want a mop that does it all. But they also watch their budget. We get that. Really.

This one combines a strong coated iron handle with soft coral fleece cloth. Our factory tests show the handle holds over 10 kg. Enough for daily cleaning at home or in a small shop.

We own a 4,000 m² factory. Every step is under our watch.

The iron pipe has a 0.3 mm wall. The electrostatic coating is 50 to 70 microns thick. We ran a 48 hour salt spray test. No red rust. Promise.

The handle uses two locks. We stretched it 5,000 times. Still holds firm.

The coral fleece cloth is 330 grams per square meter. Fiber fineness is 0.3 denier. We rubbed it over 10,000 times. No obvious fuzz or pills. Not bad.

The mop head base uses PP plastic. It stays stable from -10°C to 40°C. No cracking in cold or heat.

This mop does more than floors. Use it on glass doors and tile walls too. The coral fleece brush is soft. The handle stretches from 90 to 120 cm. Reach high places without a stool. Finally.

The fleece fibers have a large surface area. 2.5 times bigger than normal fibers. Water absorption hits 520%. Wet mopping locks in spills fast. No wet marks.

The fleece is soft. Mohs hardness is only 1.5. No risk of scratching your floor.

The tight weave fits into floor gaps and wall bumps. We tested it on 1.5 mm gaps. It picks up 88% of the dust there. Better than old style mops. Seriously.

The whole thing weighs only 0.9 kg. Light and easy to move around.

The handle has a hang hole. Clean it. Hang it. Air dries fast.
