Stainless Iron Coral Fleece Flat Mop

Housewives and older people need a mop that is easy to handle. We saw that need. Makes sense, right?

This one weighs only 0.8 kg. Like a bottle of water. Our factory tests show old people can use one hand with this weight. No more struggling. Promise.

The 430 stainless iron handle has an electrocoating layer. At least 50 microns thick. We ran a 48 hour salt spray test. No rust at all. Not kidding.

The lock uses ABS plastic. We pushed and pulled it 4,000 times. Lock force stays above 6 kg. No loosening.

The coral fleece cloth is 300 grams. Made from 80% polyester and 20% nylon. We tested for pilling. Got level 4. The surface stays smooth after many washes.

The plastic mop head base is light. 4 mm thick. Strong and hard to break.

The whole mop is only 0.8 kg. One hand works fine. Total length is 110 cm. Handle adjusts from 85 to 110 cm. Good for people 150 to 170 cm tall. No more bending.

The coral fleece surface is treated to love water. Contact angle is under 20 degrees. Wetting is very fast. Water absorption hits 550%. That means 100 grams of cloth takes in 550 grams of water.

Static absorption for dust is 92%. Picks up hair and skin flakes well.

The mop head turns 360°. Only 3.0 cm thin. Gets under sofas and beds. The front has a curved shape. Fits nicely against cabinet edges and baseboards.

The round hang hole at the back is 1.2 cm wide. Fits most wall hooks. Hanging dries 55% faster than laying flat. SGS tests show bacteria drops by 70% after 2 hours of hanging.
