How To Replace A Mop Head?

Apr 09, 2026 Leave a message

When replacing a spin mop, step on the cloth disc and approach its edge. Rotate the mop handle until the screw aligns with your foot, then tilt it in the opposite direction and pull it up to separate the cloth disc. Align the new cloth disc with the disc and press it down until a click is heard. For roller mops, remove the screws, remove the old mop head, replace it with a new one, and then tighten the screws again. For folding mops, soften the mop head by soaking it in water, gently grasp the middle and push it backward to disengage the locking mechanism. When installing, push it forward until it clicks into place.

Different brands of mop heads have different structures and designs, using materials such as microfiber, fine fiber, nanofiber sponge, cotton fiber, and high-density PVA foam. Some products feature dual-channel deceleration devices or recessed structures. Furthermore, detachable, machine-washable, and replaceable mop heads are now common designs.
